Dallas area billionaire and real estate visionary, Ross Perot, has passed away at 89 years old. He was a very accomplished businessman and chart graphing politician, having founded and sold EDS (Electronic Data Systems) and Perot Systems. It was his business and real estate dealings here in the 50 Plano Hot Zone that gave birth to one of the most innovative “work here, live here” concepts in the country: Shops at Legacy, Legacy West, and later The Star in Frisco, Grandscape and Granite Park.
