With all of the attention on the luxury condo towers and hotels in Legacy West, and the Cowboys headquarters and other upscale developments in Frisco to the north, not to forget the entertainment-dining complex three miles west where the mega Nebraska Furniture Mart is, not many people outside the commercial real estate industry talks about Granite Park at the southwest corner of Dallas Tollway and 121 Sam Rayburn Tollway.
