Whew! As if our 50|Plano Hot Zone doesn’t already have enough billion dollar projects, Dallas Business Journal (DBJ) this week reported that the Dallas Cowboys’ new billion dollar world headquarters in Frisco is getting yet another new billion dollar neighbor: Frisco Station! Construction is scheduled to begin next month. DBJ further reports:

Frisco Station is slated to include 5 million square feet of office space and corporate campuses, 2,400 apartments, hotel and conference facilities and more than 250,000 square feet of retail, restaurants and other uses.

Get ready for more luxury brands and luxury service providers to flock to this world class luxury hot zone over the next several months.
