According to a report in Dallas Business Journal, Dallas developer Sam Ware and his investment partners will complete their purchase of the nearly 2 million square foot J.C. Penney campus in Plano this Fall. It’s about 45 acres and will be renamed Campus at Legacy West, a moniker which we agree fits the burgeoning hot zone (aka 50 Plano Hot Zone) very well.
