As we’ve been reporting for the past year and a half, the area of Plano within a 3 mile radius of Dallas North Tollway and 121 Sam Rayburn Tollway has been going through a major transformation costing multiple billions of dollars of investments pouring in. But this dramatic change is not just bricks, mortar and glass. It’s not just tens of thousands of jobs and new tax dollars for Plano, Frisco and The Colony. It’s a lifestyle transformation. The eyes of the world will be increasingly on this are we call the 50 Plano Hot Zone. As such, perhaps we locals might wanna consider a change in attitude and style – in a good way. The night life of the area will be enhanced significantly, rivaling some of the best anywhere. The dining scene is already evolving into a 5-star hot bed of top notch cuisine and premium drinks for happy hour. New people from all over the country and the world are coming here, which will add to the mix of styles. There are styles in this article for every type, from slim curvy to very curvy, athletic to thin, mostly younger, but also more mature.
