While the more famous neighbors Plano and Frisco to the east have been making a lot of noise with the stunning Legacy West Plano upscale village and the Dallas Cowboys’ new headquarters campus with all its upscale amenities, The Colony has been quietly making its presence felt as well. And we could not have been more impressed with the layout and artists performing at the sprawling Lava Cantina right off Sam Rayburn/121 near Nebraska Furniture in an area called Grandscape. This is pare of our 50 Plano Hot Zone we’ve been bragging about since 2015. We’ll be uploading some photos and videos, but check out the brief video we posted on our YouTube channel to get a sense of walking to the venue from the main parking lot, over the sweeping pond, to the state of the art, beautifully lit venue.
