Whose expensive cars have been behaving badly?

Is this the latest hot spot in the Mexican Riviera?

What upscale, expanding outdoor shopping village is absolutely colorful and spectacular at night?

And motivation from a breathtaking mansion near our Plano Texas studios

These stories, and more, in today’s upscale update. I’m John the C E O. Let’s get ya caught up…

Oh boy, recently, some pricey cars have gone crayzay, causing the drivers to do naughty things. Here are the top 4 cars behaving badly, courtesy of TMZ:

DJ Marshmello’s $500K Ford Super Duty with Rolls Royce lights took police on a wild chase, crashing into a utility pole. The suspected car thief was arrested and charged

Boxer Gervonta Davis’s 2020 Lambo Urus SUV, with no tags, allegedly ignored a red light and hit some other cars. He had no comment, though witnesses ID’d the SUV and several people sustained injuries (expensive cars can enhance some injuries perhaps?)

Another expensive SUV, this time the 2020 BMW X3 sports SUV, belonging to rapper Silento, suddenly had a mind of its own as police in Dekalb County, GA, clocked it going 143 mph on I85 in a 65mph zone at the 3am witching hour. “We ain’t do nothing wrong” he told the cops.

The 4th luxury car, the lightning fast and electric Porsche Taycan Turbo S, was on a typical speed test when, 20 seconds into take off, it lost control, as it freaked out at a roundabout. The driver survived, but the $185K car did not.

Switching transmission gears, Mexico’s travel industry has been bouncing back from the vexing virus better than most top destinations. And the Mexican Riviera is a top draw, with Instagram worthy white sandy beaches, immaculate swirls of turquoise and crystal clear Caribbean blue waters. The exclusive Punta Mita location provides some of the most luxurious accommodations for the most discriminating tastes. Be sure to visit their website (links below).

Within a 3 mile radius of our studios are 3 cities that are part of our 50Plano Hot Zone: Plano, Frisco, and The Colony. The spotlight is on The Colony, which has one of the snazziest, colorful and well lit upscale outdoor shopping, dining and entertainment villages not only in Texas, but arguably the nation. It’s called Grandcape, and it is still expanding. Based on the huge numbers of people with money moving here from California and New York, among other places, the investment should pay off very well. My son and I hung out there last night and man did we enjoy ourselves. My hats off to the chef team at Walk-Ons Sports Bistreaux (spelled the French way). I had the red snapper taco with sweet cream corn and they were absolutely amazing! And the beignets with caramel and chocolate sauce can possibly give New Orleans a run for its money. As we walked through the village, there was a vibrant night life in the air, for both the jetset crowd and families. We passed by the new Davio Italian Restaurant, which is new to the state. Other stops included a very well done “Dallas” mural, a dynamic light tower, a swank water pond, a giant Vegas-style curved electronic jumbotron monitor, and a soon-coming underground, open air cubby hole of new shops and cozy sitting areas. I’ll be posting full videos soon.

Finally, some motivation as we show some pics of a million dollar mansion in Frisco…
